About Twisted Tongue Press

Twisted Tongue Press was established in 2025 and is currently a literary magazine with hopes to expand to publishing books. Twisted Tongue primarily focuses on poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, and art with the welcome of hybrids. The work that Twisted Tongue looks for focuses on deeply expressing being human. Twisted Tongue hopes to push the boundaries on what representation looks like in the literary world and encourages people from marginalized and silenced communities to submit. Twisted Tongue wants to have the hard conversations, provide a much more accurate representation of diversity, and would like to present this realness in ways that are distinct, bold, skillful, and confident.
